Friday: 1 UK Soldier, 45 Iraqis; 91 Iraqis Wounded
Excerpt: Updated at 6:40 p.m. EST, Feb. 13, 2009A female suicide bomber entered a tent filled with Arbaeen pilgrims and killed dozens in a third day of significant sectarian attacks. Overall, at least 45 Iraqis were killed and another 91 were wounded across the country. One British soldier was also killed during a shooting incident in southern Iraq. Also, Former interim Prime Minister Iyad Allawi, whose National List made modest gains in provincial elections, insisted that national elections later this year must be made "fairer" that the recent one or else Iraq's fragile peace will be in danger.

End The Fed Rally Updates from Around the Country
It was a cold one in Boston! The wind chill put the temperature into the single digits, but we had a great turnout, with people coming and going all day. I'd say it was around 300 people total, with a max 150 of us together on the street in the early afternoon.
The Ron Paul Presidential campaign has gone from a towering inferno to white hot coals, focused on bringing this country back to its roots.

Chiles health minister said Thursday that the countrys public health system had failed to notify at least 512 people that they were infected with H.I.V., and that private-sector services did not inform an additional 1,364 that they were carrying the virus, which causes AIDS.

Be of good cheer! (Please read if dejected)
Now that Super Tuesday results are in, many of us may be down in the dumps, dejected, and angry. I have some thoughts to help keep it all in perspective.
I've had my toe in this stuff since 1980 when I heard presidential candidate Ed Clark tell a very small roomful of people, "No one knows better how to run your life than you do." I knew I had finally found a political home.
The grassroots support for the Freedom Message has been unbelievable. I have never in my life witnessed so many folks with such passion and energy and a willingness for fight for Liberty. When I told my wife what I saw happening on the Internet, I added, "Many of them will have their hearts broken." When you know that the message is so right, you are stunned that the majority of our fellow citizens just don't get it.
Please, whether you're new at the game or a seasoned veteran, it behooves you to read Albert Jay Nock's essay "Isaiah's Job." If you've read it before, read it again. It reminds us why we're here, what we're doing, and how to measure our success. Here it is: http://www.lewrockwell.co...
And finally, with thanks to Brian Doherty for the quote found in his excellent book _Radicals For Capitalism_, here's some sage advice from the great Murray Rothbard: "Quintessentially and metaphysically, [the libertarian] should remain of good cheer. The eventual victory of liberty is inevitable, because only liberty is functional for modern man. There is no need, therefore, for libertarians to thirst maniacally for Instant Action and Instant Victory, and then to fall into bleak despair when that Instant Victory is not forthcoming. Reality, and therefore history, is on our side."
